Something can be ';North'; of the Sun but East?, it is a spinning ball, how would one determine East of any round spinning object?I heard a report given some time ago that there is another set of planets north east of the sun is this true?

The planets in our system revolve completely around the sun covering all perceived directions, so practically, there would be no planets to the northeast of the sun.
