Is it March 21 and September 21 that this sun is in true east and west and vice versa???

Yes, if those are the equinoctial days (they could be off by a day depending on the match between the earth's revolution and the calendar). On those days, sunrise and sunset are exactly twelve hours apart (ignoring refraction), and the sun rises exactly in the east and sets in the west.Is it March 21 and September 21 that this sun is in true east and west and vice versa???

Around these days... These are the spring and autumn equinoxes... It can occur on Sept 20 or 22 and March 20 or 22 or even 23...
