Why do they do this are they uneducated?Is it true that in East Germany?
Yes that is true!

no absolutely not. you are totally wrong. i am a frequent traveller to thuringia. weimaa to be exact and I never heard what you said. I am legit and 100 % correct.
That is not true at all. I grew up in the former East Germany and never heard anyone call Vietnamese people Fiji. If it would be true I would have heard it, since a few Vietnamese families lived in our neighborhood (besides a number of Russian families).
