The troops gave him a warm reception in Afghanistan. The leader of Iraq agrees with him on his withdrawal plan. It's time to let Iraq run their own country. After all, didn't the Bush administration say they were trying to install a democracy there?
The truth is that, by definition, you can't force democracy on anyone.
We need to initiate a war on terrorism. We can't do that with our troops tied up in a ';he tried to kill my daddy'; occupation.
